B.4-Sending messages to employees
Sending messages to employees.
You can send messages to individuals or groups of employees and force those messages to be read before they log in.
Step 1
In the order access screen click the wrench icon
Step 2
Click Setup button & enter in your access code
Step 3
Click the Messages Icon (top middle of screen)
Step 4
Click Write button
Step 5
Click the box with 3 dots (right of To: box)
STEp 6
Either select individual employees or click the Jobs button to choose the employees you’d like to message
Step 7
If you choose the job button – select the appropriate job code you’d like to message and click ok
Step 8
Enter in subject, write message & click send
