Using Check Filter

 
 

The Check Filter is a great way to look at individual or groups of checks to get detailed information on those checks.

Step 1

In the order access screen click the wrench icon

 

Step 2

Click Setup button & enter in your access code

 

Step 3

Click the Check Icon (top middle of screen)

 

Step 4

Click on any of these Icons and it will filter by icon

Check Icon – filters the checks by the check number

Time Icon – filters the checks by the time

Question Mark Icon – filters by open/closed checks (open checks = green checkmark, closed checks = red X

Table Icon – filters by table number or tab name

Person Icon – filters by employee

Click (highlight the check to pull up the check)

Click the check header (grey header with plate icon) – details about the check will show up

Click – menu item on the check and it will show what time the menu items got sent

 

TO FIND PREVIOUS DAY CHECKS

Step 5

Click the Find button

 

Step 6

Click the Calendar icon to enter the date

You can also add Check #, Employee, Menu item or payment to filter your search

 

Step 7

Click Ok

NOTE: To Set a date range click on the word Date
