Taking credit cards offline and online
NOTE: You should only put credit cards into offline mode when your Internet is down. Offline mode stores credit card data in the system locally so you can authorize transactions once the Internet comes back up.
Step 1
Enter your access code in the Order Access Screen
Step 2
On the Main Table screen click on Functions button
Step 3
On the Functions screen click the Offline button
Step 4
On the Offline screen click the Offline button
Putting credit cards back online – when the internet is back up and running

Repeat steps 1-3
Step 6
On the Offline screen click the Online button
Step 7
Click yes to go Online and click close
