1. Is it just one computer that freezes or all the computers?

2. When did this start? Time and Date

3. When is it freezing? Time and Date

4. What were the employees doing with the system when the computer(s) freezes up?

Entering Order / Running Credit Cards /  Logging In

5. If there is freezing when an order is being enter, record the check number and station number

6. How many times in a day does the computer(s) freeze?
