J.2-Checking the internet connection

 

Check Internet Service in Focus POS

 
 

Step 1

In the order access screen click on the large time stamp (right hand side above access code)

 

Step 2

Click the Internet tab

 

Step 3

Click the Ping button

 

Step 4

If there is a reply from Google, then you have functioning Internet

Step 5      

If there is ERROR PROCESSING REQUEST from Google, then you have no Internet. You should call your Internet Service Provider to troubleshoot the issue
