Primary Path not found error

 
 

This error occurs when the main Focus Station (usually in the office or bar) is not being seen on the POS network by the computer that is providing the error

Solutions

Step 1

Make sure the Main Focus computer has power and is turned on

Step 2

Make sure the Main Focus computer is running the Focus software

 

Step 3

Unplug and plug back in the network cable from the network port Main Focus computer

Step 4

Unplug and plug back in the network cable from the network port computer that is giving the error

NOTE: Network Port could be under the monitor or behind the computer. Green and amber lights will turn on when the network cable is plugged back in
