Backup Path not found error
This error occurs when the Backup computer (usually in the bar or in the dining area) is not being seen on the POS network by the computer that is giving the error
Solutions
Step 1
Make sure the Backup computer has power and is turned on
Step 2
Make sure the Backup computer is running the Focus software
Step 3
Unplug and plug back in the network cable from the network port Backup computer
Step 4
Unplug and plug back in the network cable from the network port computer that is giving the error
