Sometime Focus will freeze or an error will occur. Exiting out of the software & restarting the software will sometimes fix the issue.

Step 1

On the order access screen click the green door/arrow icon

Step 2

Do you want to exit software? Click Yes

Step 3

Continue credit card processing - If the station is the credit card station Click No

To Restart the Focus Software

Step 4

The Windows desktop will show up with a Focus Icon. Double click the Focus Icon

NOTE: The Focus Icon will show up. It might take a minute or so for Focus to fully restart.
