Sometime if the Focus Station is freezing or can’t restart, ending the Focus process in Windows height help resolve the issue

Step 1

If the station doesn’t have a keyboard, attach a USB keyboard to the station (either under the monitor or behind the computer)

Step 2

Click and hold the “Ctrl Shift Esc” keys until the task manager window shows up

Step 3

In the Windows Task Manager Click the Processes tab

Step 4

Click (highlight) - Focus.exe and click end process

NOTE: there may be multiple Focus.exe processes if so, make sure to end those processes as well

Step 5

Restart the Focus Software by double clicking the Focus Icon on the desktop
