NOTE: This should be your last resort if a station is not responding and/or freezing up.

Step 1

If the station doesn’t have a keyboard, attach a USB keyboard to the station (either under the monitor or behind the computer)

Step 2

On the keyboard – click the Windows key

Step 3

Click the arrow – (next to shut down)

Step 4

Click Restart

Prompt might ask to Cancel or restart anyway.

Click Restart anyway
