Reroute a printer

 
 

If a printer is not working for any reason, tickets/receipts can temporarily be re-routed to a different printer that is functioning.

Step 1

In the order access screen log in your access code

Step 2

Click the Functions button

 

Step 3

Click Reroute printer button

 

Step 4

Click (highlight) on the printer that is not working

 

Step 5

Click Reroute button & choose the printer you want to reroute the tickets to

 

Step 6

You will see an arrow going from the broken printer to the printer you chose

To unroute the tickets to the original printer

Step 7

Click (highlight) the printer you want to un-route and click Reset Current button
