Red bar error on the order access screen could mean a few things

1. The main Focus station is not running the Focus software is not powered on, or is not being seen on the network (See Primary path not found error to resolve)

2. The backup station is not running the Focus software, it is not powered on or is not being seen on the network (see backup path not found error to resolve)

3. The hardware key is not being recognized by the Focus software or not being seen on the network (see Hardware key not found error to resolve)

Green bar error on the order access screen means the credit card station is not working properly. the credit card station is responsible for running all credit card transaction (usually the Focus station or sometimes the backup station)
